Getting to the Festival

The 2011 Festival takes place at Bluebells Dairy, Locko Road, Spondon - just passed Spondon Cricket Club to the North of the village. The area is shown in blue on the map below.

By car: There will be ample FREE car parking on-site throughout the Festival weekend for 800+ cars.

On foot: Access is also available on foot directly into the Festival field via the public footpath leading to Bluebells from between numbers 98 and 100 Sancroft Road, marked in Purple on the map above.
(We urge pedestrians to use the footpath or the free mini bus service. Please do not walk along Locko Road for your own safety)

By free minibus:

A free bus service will be running around the village throughout the Sunday. Regular pick ups/drop offs will be made at various points around Spondon as follows:

Departs from Edmund Hall at quarter-to the hour, starting from 11.45am, also calling at Craddock Avenue Community Centre, Derbyshire Building Society on Sitwell Street and the Vernon Arms on Locko Road. Last pick up from Edmund Hall is 15.45.

Return trips will start running from the Festival from 12.15pm and run every 15-20 minutes approx. Last departure from the Festival at 17.15.
